07 day Exchange & Money back policy*
Once the product is returned under our 07 Day Money Back policy the refund. You
may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount
refunded to your bank account. The amount will be credited to the payment
source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).*not applicable on gold coins. We
offer FREE Return Shipping. You’ll receive complimentary return shipping on all
resizings, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 07-day money back
policy.
We recommend contacting our Customer Service team to receive
assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase. Handover the securely
packed item with the return address label and the shipping declaration to the
Courier person. Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance
department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or
have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than CASA DE PLATA ), or
damaged cannot be accepted for return. CASA DE PLATAReserves the rights to refund
and refund can be claimed only if you satisfy the following conditions:
The exchange, return and money back policies are subject to terms &
conditions as mentioned below.
• Customized Jewellery which includes personalized/engraved
products /ordered in line with specific instructions from Customer is not
eligible for return/money back.
• You will receive complimentary return shipping for all
eligible products for return/money back within the 07 Day Exchange policy
(Online). Shipping charges for all other returns/exchange/money back is subject
shall be borne by Customer.
• Product should be accompanied with Original Product
Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns/exchange/money back
within the 07 Day period. Submission of Invoice shall be optional for all
Exchange/Money back after the 07 Day Exchange Period.
• In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, CASA
DE PLATA will send the diamond to the
Lab for recertification. The shipping cost and the cost of certification shall
be borne by the customer.
• The return/money back amount will be as determined by our team
at CASA DE PLATA . In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes are used during
the original purchase, the amount will be reduced by the amount equivalent to
the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes.
• CASA DE PLATA reserves
the right to change the exchange/money back price of the product based on the
Quality Inspection.
• In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the
difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product
before dispatch.
• For the 07-day Exchange/Return policy, if the product is
purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then CASA DE PLATA will only refund the discounted price as per
the invoice.
• The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by CASA
DE PLATAJewelers and accept our decision regarding the returns policy.
CASA DE PLATA offers
Lifetime Exchange for all products. If at any point of time you want to
Exchange or Upgrade the product, we will happily offer you with an Exchange as
below:
• Jewellery products consisting of studded Diamonds, Diamond
value will be Exchanged at 90% of current market value while the gold weight is
exchanged at prevailing market price.
• Jewellery products studded with stones/other material will be
exchanged at only the gold cost at the prevailing rate. No stones will have
buyback except certified diamonds.
• Plain Gold Jewellery unstudded products and Gold Coins
Exchange at the prevailing rate of gold.
• In all cases, the current market value will be determined by CASA DE PLATA .

are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note
personalised items will take longer to process. If your order has both
personalised and non-personalised items, the order will be split, and the
non-personalised items will be delivered beforehand.

free shipping on all orders over Rs. 449. Please note that we do not
offer free shipping on international orders and returns.
- Tracking: You will receive tracking details
over WhatsApp, email and SMS, once the order is shipped.
- In case you’re ordering other items along with
personalised or Gold jewellery, your order might arrive in parts.
- Returns
- Return
Policy: We offer
a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions
asked. However, please note that the 30-day return does not apply to
personalised jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols
other than in cases of defective/spurious products. CASA DE PLATA reserves
the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. In case
you have purchased a CASA DE PLATA product from anywhere other than the CASA
DE PLATA Website, CASA DE PLATA App or CASA DE PLATA Exclusive Stores,
the return policies of your source of purchase shall apply. Any
shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non
refundable in case of returns
- In case
of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to
have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all
said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full
MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to
promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts and silver
coins.
- Refund
Policy: In case
you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund of the
same shall be initiated once we receive the product back in our
warehouse.
- Replacement
& Exchange: You can also avail replacement or exchange of your
order as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those
applicable to returns. The replacement will only be shipped after the
initial return has been picked up or delivered (in the case of Gold
items).
- Return
Process: You can
initiate a return request from our website or app. Alternatively, you can
reach out to our Customer Support team, and they’ll guide you through the
process. Once you have booked the return request, we request you to be
available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls
from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or
inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their
discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process
will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will
increase.
- Further,
please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse
serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward
serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may
request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such
as India Post and reimburse all reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 70)
incurred by you for processing such returns.
- In case
the charges exceed Rs. 70, all charges (return shipping, duties, taxes,
fees, etc.) in excess of Rs. 70 will be adjusted against the customer's
refund. In case of non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible
for returning the jewellery to our warehouse and will receive Rs.70
towards shipping charges with their refund.
- In the
unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we
would request you to reach out to our customer support team for
assistance within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We will be
requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process
the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible
signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being
honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the
final decision.
